Organizations remain responsible for applicable communication laws and consent requirements in their jurisdiction — East Coast Hire's consent-tracking tools support, but do not guarantee, compliance.

Prohibited uses include: circumventing approval requirements for external actions, uploading content you do not have rights to, attempting to access another organization's data, and using Crew Members to impersonate a real, verified human employee.
