East Coast Hire is designed with privacy and security controls that support responsible organizational use. This page is a placeholder foundation, not final legal counsel.

Data we collect: account information, organization profile data, content you create in Crew, Vault, Academy, and other East Coast Hire products, integration metadata, and billing information via Stripe.

Why we collect it: to operate the service you've signed up for, including preparing work through Crew Members, storing approved knowledge, and processing subscription billing.

Your controls: organization owners can export their data, manage member access, and request account deletion (see /settings/security).

East Coast Hire does not claim GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 certification unless actually achieved and independently reviewed — see /security for a truthful account of implemented controls.
